BARRIERS TO THE PIPELINE RESEARCH PROJECT
Earlier this year WA/AA invited industry to take part in a research survey - the Barriers to the Pipeline Research Project.
The Barriers to the Pipeline Research Project has been funded through the Australian Government's Department of Infrastructure, Transport, Regional Development and Communications 'Women in the Aviation Industry Initiative' to help us better understand the landscape for women in the aviation, aerospace and space industries.
Through this project we are proud to be working towards publishing the data in a paper. This paper will help industry businesses to develop strategies to attract and retain talents and improve working practices.
It will also benefit the policymakers to make informed policy to encourage young talents to pursue their career choices and contribute to societal advancement.
