INNOVATION A/AA is focused on programs that foster innovation in our industry and showcase Australian innovation on the global stage. Excellence in Australian Innovation is recognised and promoted through A/AA   AIRSPACE AWARDS.	ORGANISATIONAL STRENGTHENING The Women in Aviation/Aerospace Australia initiative, GreenSkies and NextGenNetwork enable inclusive culture and enhanced performance for the Australian Aviation, Aerospace and Space industry. Gender diversity, workforce planning, leadership and school outreach are key priorities for these initiatives.	PARTNERSHIPS B2B activities generate greater access for Australian aerospace and space companies by developing closer relationships with international industry associations. Stakeholder engagement facilitates greater collaboration with educational institutions and industry for industry based research and development.

 

 

The association is an independent, not-for-profit membership based organisation whose primary aim is to contribute to the long-term health of Australia’s aviation, aerospace and space industries.
