Join us for a networking breakfast at GE Aerospace in Brisbane for International Women's Day. Don't just expand your connection, be inspired by a panel of diverse speakers sharing their experience throughout their careers, and insight on empowerment.

This year's IWD theme is Count Her In: Invest in Women. Accelerate Progress. While we celebrate women, it is important to ensure women's involvement in various sectors. We invite all genders to join this meaningful event.

SPEAKER BIOGRAPIES

Flight Lieutenant Hayley Moulds | KC-30A Captain, Qualified Flying Instructor, AMG Capability Assurance at The Royal Australian Air Force & National Committee at Women in Aviation/Aerospace Australia (WA/AA) 

Hayley Moulds is currently working in Capability Systems at Headquarters 86 Wing in the Royal Australian Air Force. Her 10 year defence career has seen her fly the Airbus KC-30A MRTT and the PC-21. During her time on the KC-30A, Hayley became the first female captain on the platform. She deployed with the squadron to the Middle East on multiple occasions and has worked closely with many international air forces. Following this, she became a Qualified Flying Instructor at No 1 Flying Training School, training our new defence pilots on the PC21. During this time, she also became a mum to a baby boy. 

She holds a Bachelor of Journalism and Bachelor of Arts (French) from the University of Queensland and is currently studying a Graduate Diploma in Psychology at Monash. Hayley has been on the national committee for Women in Aviation/ Aerospace Australia since 2018 and is a member of AWPA. 

Hayley is an advocate for promoting diversity in STEAM careers, holds her coaching certificate and is a mentor within her field. She also has a strong interest in peak performance and mental fitness within the aviation sector. 

Sabina Todd | Regional General Manager & Vice President, APAC at Envirosuite & Committee at Greenskies

Sabina Todd is the Regional General Manager for Asia Pacific at Envirosuite, an Australian enviro-tech company with the world’s most advanced environmental intelligence platform for the aviation, waste, wastewater, water treatment, mining and industrial sectors.

She has a broad technical background and has worked across government, consulting and for large and small multinational organisations covering environmental impact and contamination, water and wastewater treatment and industrial technologies.

Sabina’s mission is to improve sustainable outcomes for the planet and our people. She believes technology has a key role to play in this. Sabina is an advocate for working collaboratively to solve problems by bringing the world’s leading technologies into an ecosystem that can solve multiple problems at a time.
