Barriers to the Pipeline Research Survey

The Barriers to the Pipeline Research Project has been funded through the Australian Government's Department of Infrastructure, Transport, Regional Development and Communications 'Women in the Aviation Industry Initiative'.

Help us better understand the landscape for women in the aviation/aerospace industries with this survey.

Women in A/AA proudly in collaboration with Monash University, RMIT University and UNSW

We would like to invite you to participate in our survey to understand the levers and barriers to motivate or discourage you from entering into aviation/aerospace engineering sector.

Your view is important for us to understand your perception of the industry, your past experiences, or prospective considerations in making a career choice. It will help industry businesses to develop strategies to attract and retain talents and improve working practices. It will also benefit the policymakers to make informed policy to encourage young talents to pursue their career choices and contribute to societal advancement.
