Jennifer Hill

Jen Hill is the General Manager of Finance at Boeing Aerostructures Australia (BAA). She joined Boeing in April 2020 and has played a crucial role in guiding the business through the significant challenges faced by the aviation industry. As the senior finance leader at BAA, Jen oversees financial planning and budgeting, accounting, payroll, estimating, and contracting.
Her career began as a chartered accountant at Deloitte Australia, where she worked with prominent clients such as Ansett and United Airlines. Jen then transitioned from professional accounting to the industry, taking on various finance leadership roles at General Motors. During her tenure at General Motors, she supported multiple functions and divisions, including manufacturing and spare parts operations, both at Holden and across the General Motors Asia Pacific region. This diverse experience has provided her with a comprehensive understanding of large multi-national organizations.
A strong advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion, Jen is proud to serve as the executive sponsor for REACH, a group of dedicated Boeing employees focused on enhancing employee and community engagement. In this capacity, she actively participates in initiatives that foster positive involvement within the organization and the communities it serves. Additionally, she leads the gender working group at BAA, collaborating to devise strategies aimed at recruiting and retaining a more diverse workforce, with the goal of creating an inclusive environment that values and supports individuals from all backgrounds.
Outside of her professional commitments, Jen is married and has two teenage children, and the family shares a passion for travel. To maintain her mental and physical well-being, she rides her bike to work and enjoys mountain biking on weekends.
Jen is a Chartered Accountant (CA ANZ) and a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. Jen is also a volunteer member of the Finance and Risk Committee for the Royal Flying Doctors Victoria.
