Ingrid Just is an Executive Manager of People and Communications with twenty years’ experience working for some of Australia’s most high-profile organisations including Telstra, the ABC, and the Qantas Group.  

She is a leader with a track record of strengthening organisational culture through engaging and innovative communication strategies, purpose-led transformation and embedding values-based leadership.  

Ingrid is committed to creating high performing workplaces where everyone belongs, people are supported and empowered, authentic communication is championed, and teams have a passion for learning and continuous improvement.

She is a Churchill Fellow and holds a Bachelor of Arts, majoring in Psychology, and a Post Graduate Degree in Education.
