NGN is thrilled to have Kirsty as our Boss at our upcoming event! The evenings focus will be on COVID-19, the changing workplace.

Biography 

Kirsty is responsible for defining the engineering capability vision for design, production and sustainment, including the people, tools, process and practices within BAE Systems Australia. She has worked in the civil and defence sectors and has experience in delivering complex real time safety critical systems and large hardware programs.  Kirsty has worked for both national and multinational companies in the UK and Australia and is a highly skilled engineer leader with proven experience in driving business strategy, solution design and delivering complex systems.

Kirsty is passionate about diversity particularly about letting people be themselves and is adamant that there is no place for career stereotypes today. She is a firm believer that diversity enhances our life’s tapestry and gives us different thinking which leads to finding the best solutions.

In her spare time Kirsty enjoys spending time with her husband, two children and dog, and cooking.
