Allissa Li, Aircraft Structures Engineer, Design Engineering at Airbus Australia Pacific & Committee at NextGenNetwork

Allissa is an Aircraft Structures Engineer at Airbus. She is currently an in-service repair designer working on fixed wing aircraft and has previous experience in aircraft and helicopter structural integrity. She is part of the Aviation/Aerospace Australia NextGenNetwork NGN) and in 2024 was elected as the Deputy Chair for Young Engineers Australia Queensland. 

Alana Marshall-Robinson, Operations Manager at MicroTau

Alana is the Operations Manager at MicroTau. MicroTau's mission is to improve the efficiency of the global aviation fleet through sharkskin-inspired drag-reducing film products. To make that happen, Alana is currently focused on developing and refining policies and processes for hiring, retention, and workplace health and safety. Prior to joining MicroTau, Alana worked at Deloitte, consulting on large-tech implementation projects.
