Biography

Olga is a dynamic and versatile communications and stakeholder engagement executive with over 30 years of experience driving impact across a variety of industries, with a deep focus on the not-for-profit sector. This includes extensive experience working at board level to guide and deliver strategic initiatives. Currently serving as the National Communications and STEM Outreach Program Manager for the Royal Aeronautical Society Australian Division, Olga possess a proven track record of scaling regional initiatives into prestigious nationwide programs.

As an exceptional relationship builder, she excels at bridging gaps and aligning interests across diverse stakeholder groups—including board directors, the aerospace industry, government bodies, universities, and corporate partners—to drive community participation. Her expertise spans multi-channel communication strategies, complex industry event execution, and digital optimisation via CRM and CMS platforms. 

With strong communication skills and a highly collaborative approach, her focus is on building high-level partnerships, aligning governance goals, and mobilising resources to amplify community outreach efforts. She deeply believes in the power of education to transform lives and is dedicated to creating accessible opportunities that bridge the gap between curiosity and a lasting career in aerospace and beyond. 

Olga has been a long term supporter of Women in Aviation/Aerospace Australia and a regular leader of activities across the sector.
