Aviation/Aerospace Australia (A/AA) has commissioned RMIT University to undertake research to: investigate effective strategies to develop a culture of respect for women in aviation, aerospace, and space sector in Australia.

The survey aims to:

• Identify effective strategies adopted by your workplace
• Understand your perception of the effectiveness of existing workplace strategies
• Identify and establish the best practices in developing and executing effective strategies
