Annual Report 2025–26: A Year of Growth, Collaboration and Impact
Aviation/Aerospace Australia (A/AA) is pleased to release its 2025–26 Annual Report, highlighting another year of strong growth, expanded industry engagement and meaningful outcomes for Australia's aviation, aerospace and space sectors.
The report showcases how A/AA has continued to strengthen its role as the national association for the industry, delivering greater value to members through advocacy, networking, sustainability initiatives, workforce development and industry collaboration. Guided by a renewed strategic direction, the organisation remains focused on connecting industry, informing decision-makers and advocating for a thriving, future-ready sector.
Over the past year, members benefited from an extensive program of activities, including the Women in Aviation/Aerospace Australia Summits, the return of the GreenSkies Summit, mentoring initiatives, Space Mission 2040, the Aviator in Schools Program and increased engagement with governments across Australia. These initiatives brought together industry, academia and government while supporting the next generation of aviation, aerospace and space professionals.
The report also highlights the successful completion of the Australian Government-funded Women in Aviation Industry Initiative, which exceeded participation targets through the Aviators in Schools Program and delivered important research into workplace culture and barriers to participation.
Chair Kristen Raby acknowledged the commitment of members, volunteers, sponsors and partners, noting that collaboration continues to be the foundation of A/AA's success and its ability to advocate for innovation, sustainability and workforce capability across the sector.
