Victorian Space industry

Aviation/Aersopace Australia is a proud supporter of the space industry and recently collaborated with the Victorian Govenrment, the Victorian Defence and Space Network, The Write Space and the Australian Space Agency at an industry event on 7 May. We were pleased to extend invitations to the broader A/AA network and our NextGenNetwork Committee members. Guest speaker was Australian of the Year and Australian Astronaut, Katherine Bennell-Pegg and Parliamentary Secretary for Education, Ms Nina Taylor MP. The MC for the event was Chief Executive, Anntonette Dailey with Chair of A/AA, Kristen Raby speaking on the panel, focusing comments towards the talent pipeline, innovation and how the industry can support the space community grow.

A/AA is a proud supporter of the #FlyKatherine grassroots campaign to support a flight to space for our Australian Astronaut.
