Welcome to new Director, Jen Hill

Jen Hill joins the A/AA Board

Aviaiton/Aerospace Australia is pleased to announce that Jen Hill has joined the Board of A/AA. Jen commence in October 2025 and brings her expertise as General Manager, Finance Boeing Aerostructures Australia and is a Chartered Accountant (CA ANZ) and a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. Jen is also a volunteer member of the Finance and Risk Committee for the Royal Flying Doctors Victoria.

A strong advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion, Jen is proud to serve as the executive sponsor for REACH, a group of dedicated Boeing employees focused on enhancing employee and community engagement.

Jen embodies that values of A/AA and has been an active member, providing her guidance and support to the broader industry.
