The Australian Space Agency supports Women in Aviation/Aerospace Australia

Aviation/Aerospace Australia is pleased to welcome the Australian Space Agency as a supporter of Women in A/AA. The Agency will support the SPACE MISSION 2040 Grade 2 competition which will take place over Term 2 and Term 3. The competition will include a combination of online learning resources and the build of a spacecraft for kids on the return to the classroom. This activity is part of the ‘No other career can take you higher’ campaign by Women in Aviation/Aerospace Australia featuring a space careers video; careers information brochure designed to answer questions that children, parents, teachers or careers advisors may have about our industry.

See more at this link takemehigher.org.au and join Anntonette Dailey, Executive Director at The Australian Space Agency as she leads the Women in A/AA [email protected] on 18 June at 6pm, on Space Careers and the Future Workforce.

A/AA looks forward to working with the Australian Space Agency to showcase the breadth of careers that will be available for the next generation of professionals working in Space, in Australia from Robotics and Artificial Intelligence to Disaster Management, Data Analytics and Space Medicine. There is still time for your school to get involved, please email [email protected] to find out more.
