Your Voice is Critical to understand visibility of diversity
Aviation/Aerospace Australia (A/AA) and Swinburne University are seeking to understand how visible is the diversity of the Australian aviation sector to its workforce and broader industry and whether this has changed since 2020.
Eligibility:
* Identify as female
* have some industry experience since 2020
A similar survey was undertaken in 2022 on the barriers to industry and this survey looks at some of those changes with a focus on leadership impacts and ongoing challenges in the workplace.
This is very different to the recent survey undertaken through A/AA on culture and we strongly urge participation in this survey.
