We invite all genders and background to join us in this inclusive event.

Theme: Balancing the Scales and Give-to-Gain

Catering: Light refreshments provided.

Cost: $10 to support catering and to enable further WA/AA events. $15 for non-members.

Security: You will need to provide ID to the event.

/ Natalie Tse, Airbus

Natalie Tse has spent 20 years navigating the world of software engineering, across global corporations and the public sector. Joining Airbus in 2020, she's now a key member of the Engineering Quality team. She applies the principles of continuous improvement not only to technical systems but also to the industry's culture.

Natalie is a passionate advocate for gender equality and a lifelong aerospace enthusiast who views "Balancing the Scales" as a collective responsibility. For Natalie, the philosophy of "Give to Gain" is personal. Whether promoting the achievements of women or engaging in STEM activities with her daughter, she's dedicated to building an inclusive community where the next generation can thrive. By sharing her journey, Natalie aims to provide the visibility and support necessary to ensure the aviation and space industries are truly accessible to all.

/ Annika Kapel, Boeing Defence Australia

Annika Kapel is a Workforce Projects and Integration Specialist bringing over 10 years of experience in workforce planning, recruitment, and project delivery to the aviation industry. With a diverse background across healthcare, labour hire, and mining, she is passionate about creating people-centred workforce solutions that support growth and capability in aviation.

Dedicated to advancing women in industry and early career development, Annika draws on her personal involvement in women in STEM programs to champion inclusive opportunities and empower the next generation of female professionals in aviation.

/ Jacqui O'Dea, Airservices Australia

Jacqui joined Airservices Australia in February 2025 as the Chief Risk, Noise and Environment Officer.

Jacqui has more than 30 years’ experience in risk management, legal, governance, compliance, safety and sustainability related roles. Prior to joining Airservices, Jacqui was Chief Risk Officer at The GPT Group, one of Australia’s largest listed property trusts, where she was accountable for the risk, safety, sustainability and internal audit functions.

With an unwavering commitment to the highest standards of safety and corporate governance, Jacqui’s focus is on delivering organisational resilience and sustainable growth.

In addition to her executive experience, Jacqui has served as a director on a number of Boards, both private and public.

Jacqui holds degrees in Commerce (Finance) and Law from the University of New South Wales and is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
