/ Natalia Adair, Composites Research Engineer & BAA REACH Site Lead at Boeing Research & Technology & NextGenNetwork Committee at Aviation/Aerospace Australia
Natalia is a Composite Research Engineer at Boeing Research & Technology Australia (BR&T-A). Prior to this, she was part of the graduate program at Boeing Aerostructures Australia (BAA), where she gained hands on experience as an Industrial engineer on the 787 Movable Trailing Edge Assembly line, as well as working within the Customer Support team as a stress analyst.
Natalia graduated from the University of Queensland with a dual Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and Commerce, majoring in Mechanical Engineering and Finance respectively.
Natalia is also the site lead for REACH at BAA, which is a global, employee run organization, dedicated to employee development, focusing on both professional and personal engagement to inspire future leaders. She is also a STEM ambassador at Boeing, passionate about encouraging the next generation to pursue careers in the STEM field. Natalia recently attended Avalon Airshow as part of the STEM program, where she hopes to have inspired some young minds to pursue a career in the aviation/aerospace industry.

Ashley Tuck is an MBA qualified aerospace engineer with a wealth of experience in the defence and aerospace sectors. Ashley is a strong business leader having held a number of senior project and engineering management roles. Ashley has a demonstrated track record of successful delivery of a portfolio of complex safety-critical engineering projects.
With expertise and experience in stress, fatigue and damage tolerance analysis, he has held engineering authority in a Part 21J accredited engineering organization. Ashley has implemented aircraft structural integrity management programmes to assure the long-term airworthiness of a number of RAAF aircraft fleets. Ashley represented the Defence Aviation Safety Authority to certify that the KC-30A aircraft complied with structural airworthiness requirements and was safe to operate.
Ashley has recent experience establishing a new defence consultancy business in the Middle East delivering a wide range of capability development, systems integration, organisational transformation and specialist training projects to deliver operational advantages to the user.
