Over 150 industry leaders and professionals recognitioned outstanding achievements, leadership and innovation excellence at the Gala Awards Dinner on 22 April 2021 at Melbourne Museum.
The 4th A/AA Chair’s award posthumously honoured Darren Edwards the former Vice President and Managing Director of Boeing Defence Australia. Over his many years in defence and aerospace, first as an officer in the Australian Army and then during his 15 years with Boeing in Australia and the US, Darren gained the trust and admiration of all who had the honour of working with him. He was highly regarded across industry for his honesty and fairness, his exemplary leadership and for simply being a good and decent person.
